The three sects are Lutheranism, Calvinism, and the Anglican Church. Lutheranism was founded by Martin Luther, is primarily located in Germany, and the main issues were that Luther was unhappy with the diction of the church. Calvinism was founded by John Calvin, primarily located in France, and a major issue was that Calvin agreed with the reforming of church in a different way than Luther. And finally, the Anglican Church was founded by the English King Henry VIII, primarily in England, and the issue was he wanted a divorce and the Pope wouldn't let him.

Roman Catholic Church had a lot of this wrong with it like they were misleading the people, lay investment, church people were greedy, indollegenst, king would make popes, simony, no good moral, people weren't really allowed to have an opinion. Martin luther was well educated outside of church but he also wanted to be a monk so he joined the church just to find out all the bad things the church would do, long story short he let people know his opinion and got excommunicated , he translated the bible and made his own religion but still christan with better rules it was called Lutheranism. Henry VII was king and had no sons , he wanted to divorce his wife so he could have a son with another woman but the pope told him it wasnt allowed in the religion, but he did it anyways and got excommunicated but he didn't care much because he soon ended up making his own church called Church of England, the only difference is that you can get divorced in that religion. John Calvin he was a french sect , wanted his religion to be as real as possible so him and his people wouldn't go to hell so he made a book answering almost every question of the bible people have, People started to believe in predestination so that would make people better humans. Calvinst had their own community to live in so they could be surrounded by good people , although france is still Catholic Calvinst live in communities to this day. Normally nobles would switch to be Calvinsts.

The first section involved the Renaissance as people were starting to gain knowledge because of the crusades. The Italians started to question everything that was around them and created ideas. A major piece were the Classics which was about Greek and Romans. Brilliant minds came up as people such as Francesco Petarch, Baldassare Castiglione who were amazing writers. Martin Luther a man who became a monk was fed up with the church's ways such as selling tickets to heaven after he dedicated himself to god. He created his own religion called lutheranism which was like Christianity but without cheap ways to get to heaven. Then Zwingli a guy from Switzerland wanted to reform the church and make it better. After John Calvin formed the Calvin church in Switzerland. The church became more popular in France and John wrote a book to get into heaven which became very popular.

1 of the main protestant sects that we learned about is when King Henry left the catholic church and created his own Anglican church. He wanted a divorce with his wife and the pope wouldn’t allow that so he made it so he can, he founded it in England. Another protestant sect that was taking part in France started by John Calvin, who followed Zwingli, and was a protestant church which had a strong following. His followers were called Calvinists, and they believed in predestination, making them have very disciplined lives. The followers that lived in separate communities in France, were called Huguenots, and were mostly nobility. John Calvin formulated religious beliefs and even wrote a book, the institutes of the christian religion. Another protestant sect that we learned about was Lutheranism, which was the change of the ceremonies founded by Martin Luther. Their beliefs differentiated from christians because they believed that humans are saved from sins by God’s grace alone.

The three main Protestant Sects are Lutheranism, Calvinism, and Anglicanism. The founder of Lutheranism is named Martin Luther. The founder of Calvinism is John Calvin. And finally the founder of Anglicanism is King Henry the 8th. King Henry the 8th founded the Anglican church because he wanted to get a divorce and he couldn't get a divorce while he was in the Christian Church. So he got excommunicated but then made his own church that he called the Anglican Church and he made himself pope of that church while he was king. The only difference between the two churches is that the king and pope of the Anglican Church can get a divorce if desired. This Church was located in England because it was were King Henry the 8th ruled.

The Lutheran Church was founded by Martin Luther. He was unhappy with the way the Roman Cathlic church was handling the religion and its teachings. In fact, Martin was so unhappy with the church he was apart of he hammered 95 reasons why the church was doing wrong too the church door. This declaration was called Disputation on the Power and Efficacy of Indulgences. He did not like how people were put in power when they were not supposed to be. Non-religious people were also put in power because of there social rank or status. Finally, he was angry with the way the church used excommunication. Excommunication is banishing one single person from the church. They are aloud to do that, but not in the way they did. They were the biggest in Flanders and Germany.

Lutheranism - Lutheranism was founded by a monk that worked for the church in Germany. He had seen the things the church did, and did not agree with a lot of it, his name was Martin Luther. Martin went to have a talk with the church and they told him to leave things alone, when he said he wasn't gonna drop it they went after him with the intentions of killing him. He had left 95 reasons why he didn't agree with the church on the door of the church. He was hidden for a year before deciding to make his own church with the branch of catholic and Lutheranism.

The most 3 fundamental protestant sects were Anglican, Lutheranism, and Calvinism. Lutheranism was made by Martin Luther and this begun in Germany, it spread around Europe but basically in Germany, since Germany was partitioned into numerous regions and had numerous rulers. Luther made this, since he didn't concur with the heading the church was going. He composed 95 theses which was 95 reactions with the church and posted it on the entryway of the church. Another is Anglican, Anglican was made by Henry V111 in Britain. He made it because he needed to urge a separate with his wife and the catholic church did not concur with that so instep he made up the Anglican church. It still takes after the book of scriptures but presently getting a separate is presently legitimate. Calvinism is another. It was to begin with made by a clergy part in Switzerland named Zwingli, tragically he passed on in battling for the protestant wars. The individual who presented it to the open was a fellow named John Calvin. It begun in Switzerland but at that point moved the church to France. Calvin said that at the starting of time God had as of now chosen who will go to heaven and who would go to hell. Those individuals were called the elect. Comments are closed.
